Enzymes allowed as technology adjuvants

The Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries and the Secretariat of Health Quality published Joint Resolution 12/2022 which amends Article 1.263 of the Argentine Food Code on enzymes allowed as technology adjuvants for use in the food and beverage industry.
