The Brazil's National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA in Portuguese) published a regulation (RDC Nº 728) on enzymes and enzyme preparations for use as technological aids in the production of food for human consumption.
The amendment is available in Portuguese and is effective September 1, 2022.
