ARSA extends deadline to submit comments on energy drinks regulation

The Health Regulation Agency (ARSA in Spanish) announces that it has extended the deadline until December 11, 2024 for the submission of comments to the Regulation of the Law for the Control and Regulation of Energy Drinks, notified on September 13, 2024 under the symbol G/TBT/N/HND/102 of the Committee on Technical Barriers to Trade - World Trade Organization (WTO).
