ARSA announces entry into force of food sanitary registration regulation

The Health Regulation Agency (ARSA in Spanish), announces (C-ARSA-005-V1) that as of Monday 5, 2024 the update of the Central American Technical Regulation 67.01.31:20 Processed foods. Procedure for the granting, renewal and modification of the sanitary registration. For applicability purposes, ARSA will begin implementing the provisions on Wednesday, August 14 of this year.
