FAO and WHO publishes report on threshold levels for some allergens

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the World Health Organization (WHO) have published a report on the assessment of certain food allergen thresholds.

The food allergens involved include Brazil nuts, macadamia nuts, pine nuts, celery, mustard, buckwheat and oats. The recommended threshold values are shown in Chapter 4 of the report.
