Food contact materials: new substance approved

With Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1627 of 10 August 2023, the Commision has amended Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 and authorized the use of the substance bis(2-ethylhexyl)cyclohexane-1,4-dicarboxylate.
In Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 10/2011, the following entry is inserted in numerical order:
