Published new nutritional references in vitamins and minerals for the French population

ANSES is currently updating the nutritional references in vitamins and minerals that define the amounts to cover the nutrient needs of the populations, without producing excesses. These values are intended to become benchmarks for all professionals in the nutrition and health sector.
ANSES completed the work of updating the nutritional references of vitamins and minerals for the adult population, in particular for the vitamins and minerals that could not be processed in 2016. The Agency also re-evaluated all the references. Nutrition for specific populations: infants, children, adolescents, pregnant women, lactating women and the elderly, references not updated since 2001.
