Commission authorizes health claim on carbohydrates and physical fitness

The health claim set out in the Annex to this Regulation shall be included in the Union list of permitted claims as provided for in Article 13(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.
âCarbohydrate solutions contribute to the improvement of physical performance during a high-intensity and long-lasting physical exercise in trained adultsâ.
