The Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency published the Draft Regulation on the Use of Health Claims. The Draft Regulation establishes the procedures and principles related to the permitting process and the use of health claims. The Draft Regulation repeals the Regulation on Health Claims for Products Offered for Sale with Health Claims.
