The Rwanda Standards Board (RSB) published, DEAS 805: 2022, Use of nutrition and health claims―Requirements. This East African Standard specifies requirements for the use of nutrition and health claims in food labelling and in advertising.
This East African Standard applies to all foods for which nutrition and health claims are made without prejudice to specific provisions under other standards or guidelines relating to foods for special dietary uses and foods for special medical purposes.
