The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) has published Proposed Revision of the "Regulations on Functional labeling or Advertising of Foods that are not Considered False Labeling or Advertising". The proposed amendment to the "Regulations on Functional Labeling or Advertising of Foods that are not Considered False Labeling or Advertising" is as follows:
a. clarification of requirements, labeling guidelines, etc. of foods for functional labeling or advertising related to easing hangover.
