Genetically modified foods and their labeling requirements

Thailand Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) unveiled the notification Nº 431 Re: Food Derived from Genetically Modified Organisms and Nº 432 Re: Labeling of Food Derived from Genetically Modified Organisms. These two notifications will be implemented on Dec. 4, 2022.
The declaration is mandatory in foods derived from transgenic organisms or if there is presence of ingredients up to 5%.
