Public consultation of the Technical Standard on dairy beverages ends

This FONDONORMA Technical Standard establishes the requirements that products called Milk Drinks must meet. The instrument defines as Dairy Drink, the product obtained from milk or reconstituted milk or fermented milk or other derivatives of dairy origin, with or without the addition of other food substances and in which the content of ingredients of dairy origin is a minimum of 51% (m / m) of all the ingredients of the product ready for consumption.
