Amendment to the regulation on herbal tea published

The Ministry of Public Health has amended the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No. 280) B.E. 2547 regarding herbal tea not to overlap with health products in accordance with the law on herbal products.
The amendment stipulates that tea of plant origin is categorized as a food that must meet a series of specific requirements. 201 list of plants and plant parts used as raw material for teas of plant origin is described.
