The National Quality Institute (INACAL in Spanish), through Directorial Resolution No. 007-2021-INACAL / DN announced the update of the NTP-CODEX CAC / GL 23: 2018 / CT 1: 2021 guidelines for the use of nutritional and health claims. Technical amendment 1.
