Update of the list of documents for enzyme and probiotic evaluation applications published

Anvisa has updated the documents to be submitted for the evaluation of enzymes and probiotics by the Food area. The action is the result of the work of the General Food Management (GGALI), which reviewed the checklists of documents to be submitted in each thematic code.

The measure aims to better detail the documentation required for the technical evaluation, with the objective of transparency and reduction of the number of requirements (when the Agency requests the company to provide additional data on the subject of the request).
