Cael specializes in all matters related to Japan, South Korea, Switzerland, and food contact materials, in addition to conducting formula and label reviews and general food regulatory research globally.
Having lived in four countries and speaking four languages, Cael brings his global legal expertise to the table. Before joining the FCI team, Cael gained experience in Swiss, Canadian, Japanese, and international law, as well as arbitration, while at the University of Toronto and working with top lawyers in Japan. Having surmounted the many challenges of working in the East Asian legal sphere, he has developed a particular interest in working in Japan and South Korea
