The Uganda National Bureau of Standards has published DUS DARS 1291 -1:2024, Edible insects - Part 1: Edible insects' products -Specification. This Draft Uganda Standard specifies the requirements, sampling and test methods for edible insects' products intended for human consumption or for further processing.
