Food product standards and food additives

The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) published Gazette Notification of the Food Safety and Standards (Food Products Standards and Food Additives) First Amendment Regulations, 2022. The amendment is regarding the inclusion of standard for Fermented Soybean Curd and Fermented Soybean Curd (made with S. thermophilus + L. bulgaricus). This amendment comes into effect from 1st April 2023.
