Brazil

Feb 03, 2020

This normative instruction establishes lists of microbiological standards for foods ready for human consumption. It is applied in a complementary way to the Resolution of the Collegiate Board - RDC No. 331 of December 23, 2019, which establishes microbiological standards for food and its application.
