Health Commission of the Chamber of Deputies begins an articulated study of the project on labeling of gluten-free food products

In order to analyze the project on nutritional composition of food and its advertising to incorporate celiac disease and gluten in the mentions and regulation of said norm, the Health Commission of the Chamber of Deputies received President Chantal Signoro from the Convivir Foundation.

The instance began the study in particular of the text that refers to the implications of celiac disease and permanent gluten intolerance, protein present in wheat, rye and barley, which in some people manifests itself even as intolerance to oats.
